小脑前下动脉闭塞引起的小脑桥脑角综合征在临床上较少见,现将我院收治并经MRI证实的1例报告如下。男,45岁,于1988年4月14日入院。前14天因劳累,晚餐饮酒少许后突感眩晕,视物旋转,站立不稳,向右倾倒,右耳听力下降,陈发性右耳鸣,恶心呕吐,次日出现右面部麻木,言语不流利,右口角向左歪斜,无头痛及意识障碍。既往有高血压史。查体:血压20.0/12.0kPa,胸腹部未见异常。神清,右眼外展露白约1.5mm,双眼可见粗大水平略带顺时转眼雾,快相向左,双
