对金钱白花蛇进行几种凝胶电泳研究 ,根据聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 (PAGE)谱带的位置和数目进行品种鉴别 ;用改进的十二烷基硫酸钠 -聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 (SDS- PAGE)测定其主要蛋白质成分分子量 ;用等电聚焦电泳(IFE)测定其主要蛋白质成分的等电点 (PI)。清晰的电泳谱带及相应数据为商品蛇真伪鉴别提供了科学依据。
Several gel electrophoresis studies were carried out on the snakes of the white flower snake, and the identification of the variety was performed based on the position and number of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) bands; an improved sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS) was performed. The main protein component molecular weight was determined by PAGE) and the isoelectric point (PI) of its main protein component was determined by isoelectric focusing (IFE). The clear electrophoresis bands and corresponding data provide a scientific basis for the authenticity of snakes.
