武汉市总工会困难职工救助中心是专门为困难职工服务的援助机构。中心本着拾遗补缺、救急济难的宗旨,为困难职工提供一站式的信访接待、职业介绍、法律援助和特困救助,并坚持把促进下岗职工再就业作为援助中心的首要任务来抓。运行半个多月来,接待各类求助职工2000多人次,在为一部分困难职工实施救助的同时,为近千名下岗职工进行了职业推介,并成功帮助300多名下岗职工实现了再就业,收到了很好的效果。
The Wuhan Federation of Trade Unions Difficult Employee Assistance Center is an aid agency specialized in providing services to needy employees. Based on the principle of collecting and supplementing vacancies and providing emergency relief, the center provides a one-stop reception for petitioners, job referrals, legal aid and special hardship relief for the needy employees and insists on promoting the reemployment of laid-off workers as the primary task of the aid center. During the half a month or so of operation, it received more than 2,000 kinds of help workers from all walks of life. While helping some of the difficult employees to help, it also introduced the job of nearly one thousand laid-off workers and helped more than 300 laid-off workers achieve their reemployment. Received good results.
