在冲击式磨矿中,颗粒由于同旋转的或静止的工件撞击或者由于颗粒相互间的碰撞而受力。按照供能方式的不同,冲击式磨矿可分为旋转冲击式磨矿和射流冲击式磨矿。在旋转冲击式磨矿时,能量通过转子直接传给颗粒,同时对干极细的颗粒还由气流间接地传给能量。颗粒几乎总是在磨碎工件上受力,只有极细的颗粒是由其相互碰撞而受力
In impact grinding, particles are subjected to forces due to collisions with rotating or stationary workpieces or due to collisions of particles with one another. In accordance with the different energy supply, impact grinding can be divided into rotary impact grinding and jet impact grinding. In rotary impact grinding, energy is transferred directly to the particles through the rotor, while energy is also indirectly transferred to the dry, fine particles by the air flow. Granules are almost always stressed on the ground workpiece, and only very fine particles are forced by their collisions
