语苦能力的发展是语文教学的一个基本任务,它要求培养学生听说读写能力,然而在现实生活中,我们常常发现学生“读写”能力与“听”尤其是“说”的能力极不平衡。怎样解决这一难题呢?笔者认为,语言教学中口语教学也应该根据学生年龄特点实施分阶段教学,在不同的教学阶段培养学生不同的语言表达能力,并形成一个完整的系统,注重学生口语能力逐步提高。这是使得听说读写能力齐头并进的一个重要措施。
