通过1978—1983年用”784—1”喷施、浸种和拌种三种施药方式,经113个试验点次近2000亩的田间小区试验,中间试验和示范:一、“784—1”对大豆的营养生长和生殖生长均有促进作用,可增大叶面积,促进光合产物的积累,花荚增多,提高百粒重,因而构成增产。二、喷施:亩用“784—1”有效成分21.42克兑水66.7斤于大豆盛花期喷雾,41点次,1110.2亩平均增产8.28%。三、浸种:“7B4—1”200PPM药液浸豆种2小时捞出晾干播种。23点次107.8亩平均增产14.45%。四、拌种:使种子能附着纯“784—1”200PPM的药量拌种。41点次603.5亩平均增产12.24%。
