864丛水稻花粉植株在未经人工加倍的情况下,多倍体占1.9—8.0％,二倍体占43.3—72.0％,单倍体占20.0—48.4％。在二倍体H_1代中,可育丛为73.2—74.4％,不育丛为26.8—25.6％,其中三系杂交种的花粉植株不育丛的比例最大;H_1代育性水平不高者,在H_2代都有不同程度的恢复。杂种材料的H_2代各丛(株)系间主要经济性状都表现出多样性,并有超亲性状出现。育成品种的花粉植株多数与原品种相同或相近,只有少数材料发生明显变异。花粉植株各丛(株)系内部都表现整齐一致,没有观察到分离现象。同一块愈伤组织分化出的同丛花粉植株,多数表现相同,有少数分出两种或两种以上的不同倍性植株的混合丛。 Pollen plants in 864 bushy rice plants accounted for 1.9-8.0% of polyploidy, 43.3-72.0% of diploids and 20.0-48.4% of haploid plants without pollination. In the diploid H_ 1 generation, the fertile bundle was 73.2-74.4%, the sterile bundle was 26.8-25.6%, of which the three-line hybrids had the largest proportion of pollen plants with sterile plantlets; H_2 generation have different degrees of recovery. The main economic traits of H_2 generation hybrids of various hybrids showed diversity and super-parents traits appeared. Most of the cultivated pollen plants were the same or similar to the original ones, with only a few of them having obvious variation. Pollen plants in each clump (strains) within the Department showed neat and consistent, did not observe the separation phenomenon. The same piece of callus differentiation of the same pollen plants, the majority of the same performance, there are a small number of two or more than two kinds of ploidy plants mixed plexus.
