当前,我国企业对技术创新 越来越重视,但却普遍存 在技术创新水平不高、能力不强的问题,技术创新机制在相当大一部分企业中尚未形成,大多数企业的产品国际竞争力还较低。如何对我国企业所赖以生存和发展的市场结构进行改造,通过企业技术创新的市场环境的培育,寻求一种符合中国企业实际的能有效推动技术创新的市场制度安排,对增强我国企业的科技开发能力、市场竞争能力和抗御风险能力,进而推动我国经济进一步发展,具有重要的现实意义。
At present, the enterprises of our country pay more and more attention to the technical innovation, but the problems of low level of technological innovation and weak capability are common. The technological innovation mechanism has not been formed in a large part of the enterprises. The international competitiveness of most enterprises is still relatively low. How to reform the market structure in which our enterprises rely for survival and development and to seek a market system arrangement that can effectively promote technological innovation in line with the actual situation of Chinese enterprises through fostering a market environment for technological innovation in enterprises, Development capability, market competitiveness and ability to resist risks, thereby further promoting the development of our economy, has important practical significance.
