目的通过对高龄胸段食管癌患者左颈胸部切口手术切除治疗情况的分析和探讨,找到提高高龄胸段食管癌手术治疗效果的术式。方法我院近年来24例高龄胸段食管癌手术治疗。结果本组共有23例患者术前存在合并症,术后出现并发症2例。结论合理的术式选择是减少高龄胸段食管癌术后并发症及提高术后生活质量的前提,提高外科医生手术技巧和加强围术期处理是能有效避免术后并发症的发生。
Objective To find and improve the surgical treatment of elderly thoracic esophageal cancer by analyzing and discussing the surgical treatment of left thoracic and thoracic incision in elderly patients with thoracic esophageal cancer. Methods 24 cases of elderly thoracic esophageal cancer surgery in our hospital in recent years. Results A total of 23 patients in this group had preoperative complications and 2 postoperative complications. Conclusions Reasonable surgical procedure is the prerequisite to reduce the postoperative complications and improve postoperative quality of life in elderly patients with thoracic esophageal cancer. Improving surgical skills and perioperative management of surgeons can effectively prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications.
