最近,牡丹江康佳集团公司新投产 T2103型54厘米(21英寸)平面直角彩色电视机,采用香港90年代较先进的线路,即整个电路以一块 PAL/SECAM/NTSC 视频、彩色、偏转信号处理超大规模集成电路(TA8759BN)为核心组成。此块 IC 的工作条件与其他解码电路有所不同,即除了要满足其电源供电外,还要有一个“沙堡”脉冲输入方能正常工作。图1所示为 TA8759的部分外围电路。现介绍一例特殊故障的排除,以供参考。
Recently, Mudanjiang Konka Group Co., Ltd. newly put into operation a T2103 54 cm (21 inch) flat-panel rectangular color TV with a more advanced line in Hong Kong in the 1990s, that is, a PAL / SECAM / NTSC video and color deflection signal processing circuit Integrated circuit (TA8759BN) as the core components. The operating conditions of this IC and other decoding circuit is different, that in addition to meet their power supply, but also have a “sand castle” pulse input in order to work properly. Figure 1 shows part of the TA8759 peripheral circuits. A case of special troubleshooting is now introduced for reference.
