目的 对四川、云南部分地区的药店性病服务质量进行调查评估 ,为改善性病服务质量和开展有针对性的干预提出建议。方法 在四川、云南 4个试点地区随机选择药店 ,采用假扮病人办法了解药店工作人员处理性病病征的过程。结果 按照WHO/GPA评估指标 ,规范处理病人的比例 (PI -6)为 2 2 %。建议使用安全套和性伴通知的比例 (PI -7)为 8 7% ,总体服务 (PI -6+PI-7)为 0 ,表明药店工作人员提供性病服务的质量较低 ,建议病人到医院检查治疗较少 ,为 3 0 4%。结论 应加强对药店提供性病服务的管理 ,对药店工作人员进行性病艾滋病防治知识培训 ,提高向病人正确解释治疗药物、提供健康教育、咨询、安全套促进等预防服务的能力及药店的性病服务质量 ,指导病人及时到正规医院检查治疗 ,以扩大性病艾滋病防治工作可利用的卫生资源
Objective To investigate and evaluate the service quality of STDs in pharmacies in some areas of Sichuan and Yunnan, and to make recommendations for improving STD service quality and carrying out targeted interventions. Methods Pharmacies were selected at random in four pilot areas in Sichuan and Yunnan Provinces. The method of pretending to be a patient was used to understand the process of treating STDs by pharmacy staff. Results According to the WHO / GPA assessment criteria, the proportion of patients treated with PI (PI -6) was 22%. The proposed condom and partner notification ratio (PI -7) was 8.7% and the overall service (PI -6 + PI-7) was 0, indicating that pharmacy staff provided lower quality STD services and advised patients to go to the hospital for examination Less treatment was 34%. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the management of providing STD services to drugstores, to train pharmacy staffs in STD and AIDS prevention and treatment knowledge, to improve the correct interpretation of treatment drugs to patients, to provide health education, counseling, condom promotion and other preventive services and STD service quality, Guide patients to regular hospital examination and treatment in a timely manner to expand the STD and AIDS prevention and control of available health resources
