第一条根据本省工厂管理临时办法第十八条之规定制订本规则。第二条依工厂管理临时办法规定呈准设立,并筹备就绪之工厂,在开工后一个月内,应向所在地县(市)人民政府申请为开业登记。申请书式样另定之。第三条申请书及工厂开业登记表,应具同式四份,一份存县(市)人民政府,一份存主管专员公署,一份存业厅,一份呈报西北军政委员会工业部,由县(市)人民政府层转之。第四条工厂登记标准后,由本府工业厅发给工厂登记执照,其执照费由申请人按规定缴纳。 Article 1 These Rules shall be formulated in accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of the Measures for the Administration of Factory Management in the Province.
