The penetration and popularization of computer technology and network technology in the editing and publishing industry have accelerated the digitization of academic journals and the academic journals are gradually becoming networked. Influenced by the change of academic information transmission mode and the evaluation mechanism of periodicals, the standardization of academic periodicals has become more and more strict. The use of network technology to optimize the editing process has become the main editing method of academic periodicals.
