党的十六届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于完善社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的决定》是贯彻落实十六大精神的重大举措 ,是进一步深化经济体制改革和促进社会全面发展的纲领性文件。《决定》总结了 2 0多年来改革开放的经验 ,为我国新阶段的经济体制改革作了全面规划和部署 ,对推动我国今后的一系列改革具有重大指导意义。本刊特请对《决定》中涉及的部分问题有较深入研究的学者撰写了此组笔谈 ,希望有助于加深对《决定》的研讨和理解。
The “Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Issues Concerning the Improvement of the Socialist Market Economic System” passed by the Third Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee is a major measure for implementing the spirit of the 16th National Party Congress and a programmatic guideline for further deepening economic restructuring and promoting the all-round development of the society file. The Decision sums up the experience of reform and opening up over the past 20 years and provides a comprehensive plan and plan for the reform of the economic structure in the new phase in our country. It is of great guiding significance for the promotion of a series of reforms in our country in the future. The authors specifically invite those scholars who have conducted in-depth studies on some of the issues involved in the Decision to write this set of written speeches in the hope that they will help deepen the discussion and understanding of the Decision.
