我们于1995－10－1997－10，共收治脑梗塞患者62例。其中32例应用精制蝗蛇抗检酶（Svate－3）治疗（治疗组）。同期兀例应用低分子右旋糖吁加丹参注射液治疗（对照组），观察螟蛇抗栓酶疗效。l！因床资料男犯例，女叨例。男女之比为2．1：1。年龄在41－79岁，平均为63岁。41－5
