钛合金具有强度高,防腐性能好的优点,在航空工业部门日益得到广泛的应用。航空发动机的机匣、压气机叶片以及飞机壁板之类形状复杂的钛合金零件常采用电解加工法成型。电解加工钛合金所使用的电解液主要有以氯化钠为基;以硝酸钠为基及以氯酸钠为基等三类。以前的工作已发现,使用后两类电解液加工TC_4钛合金能改善表面质量,减轻点蚀(Pitting)。此外用以加工钢能提高复制精度。这一特性早已在生产实践中得到了证明,至于
