2015年4月10日,国家信访局信访理论研究(北京)基地揭牌仪式在北京市信访矛盾分析研究中心举行。国务院副秘书长、国家信访局局长舒晓琴,北京市副市长张延昆为研究基地揭牌并讲话。舒晓琴指出,国家信访局信访理论研究(北京)基地的成立,是信访理论研究史上的一件大事,标志着信访理论研究进入了一个新阶段,这对于整合信访理论研究力量,实现资源共享,促进成果转化,推动信访事业发展,将产生积极而深远的作用。希望研究基地认真贯彻党的十八大,
On April 10, 2015, the opening ceremony of the National Bureau of Complaint Letters and Visits (Beijing) Base was held in Beijing Research Center for Conflicts Analysis of Letters and Visions. State Council Deputy Secretary-General, State Letters and Complaints Bureau Shu Xiaoqin, Beijing Vice Mayor Zhang Yankun for the research base unveiled and addressed.
