Notch、Wnt和Hh信号通路均参与了三阴性乳腺癌的发生发展。Aurora激酶A、Chk1、miR-93等在三阴性乳腺癌中存在过表达,并与其预后相关,为其治疗提供了新靶点。
Notch, Wnt and Hh signaling pathways are involved in the development of triple negative breast cancer. Aurora kinase A, Chk1 and miR-93 are overexpressed in triple negative breast cancer and correlated with their prognosis, providing a new target for their therapy.
