我们的学生在小学时几乎没有学习过英语,英语基础都比较差,上了初中以后,他们才接触英语,学习英语总觉得没有兴趣,或有些力不从心。几年来,为了进一步改进中学英语课堂教学,培养学生“听、说、读、写”的能力,提高英语教学质量,我们几位英语教师从激发学生学习英语的兴趣着手,进行了多形式、多方位的教改试验,逐渐形成了一种外语教学模式,学生的成绩也有了较大的提高。我们的具体做法如下。
Our students had hardly studied English in elementary school and had a poor foundation in English. After entering junior high school, they were exposed to English, and learning English always felt uninterested or somewhat incompetent. Over the past few years, in order to further improve English teaching in middle schools, cultivate students’ ability to “listen, speak, read, write,” and improve the quality of English teaching, several English teachers have taken an interest in stimulating students’ interest in learning English. The multi-faceted education reform experiment has gradually formed a foreign language teaching model, and students’ performance has also been greatly improved. Our specific approach is as follows.
