剖析人保公司近几年的经营状况(见图表),“三高三低”(高增长速度、高赔款金额、高费用支出;低利润、低效益、低管理水平)的倾向已显而易见。究其所以,“四重四轻”(重保费、轻利润,重速度、轻效益,重展业、轻管理,重业务、轻防理)的经营机制是导致上述倾向的根本原因。因此,在社会主义市场经济发展和完善的过程中,实施体制改革,转换经营机制,是人保公司健康发展的必然。笔者认为,确定利润为中心目标,围绕利润建立对保险企业的考核指标体系,是我们应采取的基本对策之一。

The author believes that the determination of profit as the central goal, around the profit assessment of insurance companies to establish the index system is one of the basic measures we should take.
