闪速熔炼是近年来世界有色金属火法冶炼过程发展很快的一项新技术,其特点是:熔炼过程强化,床能率高,燃料消耗低,硫回收率高,可以实现大型化、自动化生产。我国自行设计、制造、安装的100(吨/日)闪速熔炼试验装置的试验成功,标志着我国铜熔炼技术进入了一个新的发展时期,为高速发展我国有色金属工业创造了有利条件。本刊将陆续介绍这次试验的技术成果,下面发表的“铜精矿的气流干燥”和“闪速熔炼余热锅炉的结渣及其清理”两文,就是其中的一部分。
Flash smelting is a new technology developed rapidly in recent years in the non-ferrous metal smelting process in the world. It features: enhanced smelting process, high bed energy rate, low fuel consumption and high sulfur recovery rate, enabling large-scale and automated production . The successful trial of 100 (ton / day) flash smelting test equipment designed, manufactured and installed by our country indicates that the copper smelting technology in China has entered a new period of development and created favorable conditions for the rapid development of China’s nonferrous metal industry. The publication will continue to introduce the technical achievements of this trial. The following two articles, “Airflow Drying of Copper Concentrates” and “Slagging and Cleaning of Flash Smelting Waste Heat Boilers”, are part of this article.
