我们知道.一个班级的学生,因为年龄、知识基础大致相同,存在着共性.但是由于遗传因素、生活坏境以及所受教育等方面的不同,学生之间又存在着智力因素与非智力因素方面的差异.这就需要教师在教学中,要全面、充分地了解学生,根据学生的个别差异,有的放矢地进行教学,使每一个学生在达到共同要求的前提下,又能在各自原有水平的基础上得到提高.然而在实际教学中较普遍地存在着只注意教学的统一性,很少照顾学生发展的差异性,对不同层次的学生只提出一个统一的要求的倾向,妨碍了成绩优异和成绩较差两部分学生学习积极性的发挥.为了让全体学生都能在各自原有的基础上取得最佳发展,教学中必须从实际出发,加强因材施教.下面结合自己多年的教学实验,谈几点体会.
