石墨即钢铁中的游离碳,是一种强度低的层状结构物质,石墨试片在抛磨中常易发生剥落与曳尾,一般难以获得满意效果,或者因抛磨成本较高不便普及。针对这一情况及上届特钢系统高低倍现场经验交流会所立课题,我们进行了有关探索,总结出一套经济实用的方法,并获得较好效果。一、机械抛光抛光程序为砂轮→砂纸→腊盘(粗抛)→第一精抛→第二精抛。所用抛磨用材料为砂轮:粒度36~46;砂纸:200号;腊盘磨料:市售甲级高铝粉。
Graphite is free carbon in steel, which is a kind of low-strength layered structure material. Graphite test piece is often prone to spalling and trailing in polishing. It is generally difficult to obtain satisfactory results, or it is inconvenient because polishing costs are high. In view of this situation and the subject of the exchanging meeting of field experience of the last special steel system, we carried out relevant exploration and concluded a set of economical and practical methods and achieved good results. First, the mechanical polishing polishing process for the wheel → sandpaper → Pan (rough throwing) → the first fine throw → the second fine throwing. Grinding materials used for the wheel: size 36 ~ 46; sandpaper: No. 200; lap abrasive: Class A high-grade aluminum powder.
