肺结核好发于双肺上部,近年来,国内外报道肺下叶结核发生率增高,约占肺结核总数的10%。因其在临床症状、体征或X线上与非结核性肺部炎症有很多相似之处,容易误诊。为探讨肺下叶结核的临床特点,减少误诊,现将我所2004/2007年收治的42例资料完整、诊断明确的肺下叶结核误诊为肺炎
Tuberculosis occurs in the upper lungs, in recent years, the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis at home and abroad reported an increase of about 10% of the total number of tuberculosis. Because of its clinical symptoms, signs or X-ray and non-tuberculosis pulmonary inflammation are many similarities, easy to misdiagnosis. In order to explore the clinical characteristics of lower lung leaf tuberculosis and reduce misdiagnosis, now we have 42 cases of complete data of 42 cases admitted to our hospital in 2004/2007, and diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis of lower lung is misdiagnosed as pneumonia
