为研究中国转基因技术研发的国际竞争力,以Web of Science、德温特专利数据库(DII)和ISAAA系列研究报告等数据库和文献为统计源,查询1973-2014年间所发表的转基因SCI论文、所授权的转基因专利和批准商业化种植的转基因转化事件。基于基础研究和开发研究分析得出如下结果:中国研究人员所发表的SCI论文处于国际第三位,其中转基因水稻和转基因棉花SCI论文处于国际第一位;授权的转基因专利仅次于美国而处于国际第二位,授权专利数几乎是处于第三位日本的两倍;与其他种植转基因国家所采用的技术绝大多数来自跨国公司不同,中国目前种植的转基因作物技术几乎全部来自国内政府研究机构或企业。
In order to study the international competitiveness of China’s transgenic research and development, the database and literature of Web of Science, Derwent Patent Database (DII) and ISAAA series of research reports were used as statistical sources to search the published papers on transgenic SCI from 1973 to 2014. Licensed genetically modified organisms and approved commercialized transgenic transformation events. Based on the basic and developmental research, the following results were obtained: The SCI papers published by Chinese researchers ranked third in the world, with the SCI papers of transgenic rice and transgenic cotton being the first in the world; the authorized genetically modified patents are second only to the United States Internationally, the number of authorized patents is almost double that of the third Japan. Unlike most other countries that planted genetically modified countries, most of the technologies used by multinational corporations are different. At present, almost all of the genetically modified crop technologies currently planted in China come from domestic government research institutes Or business.
