为了生产出质量高且能耗低的生物质颗粒,需要深入研究成型参数和成型颗粒特性之间的关系。对水稻秸秆进行冷压成型试验,以松弛密度这一物理性能指标为评判标准,研究成型压力、原料粒度和含水率三个因素对成型燃料质量的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,利用Design Expert 8.0响应曲面分析法建立分析三因素对松弛密度影响的数学模型,得到水稻秸秆冷压成型最佳工艺参数为:成型压力为168 MPa,含水率21%,粒径0~0.2 mm。此条件下松弛密度达到1.327 g/cm3。
In order to produce biomass particles of high quality and low energy consumption, the relationship between the forming parameters and the characteristics of the shaped particles needs to be further studied. Cold stamped rice straw was subjected to cold forming test. The physical properties such as slackness density were used as evaluation criteria to study the effect of forming pressure, particle size and water content on the quality of formed fuel. Based on the single factor experiment, a mathematical model of the effect of three factors on the slack density was established by using Design Expert 8.0 response surface methodology. The optimum technological parameters of cold forming of rice straw were as follows: forming pressure 168 MPa, water content 21% , Particle size 0 ~ 0.2 mm. The relaxation density reached 1.327 g / cm3 under this condition.
