目的 探讨多普勒超声在良恶性肾肿瘤鉴别诊断价值。方法 应用多普勒超声技术检测 2 0例正常人和 78例肾肿瘤肾主动脉及肿瘤血供。测量肾主动脉收缩峰值速度 (Vmax) ,舒张末期最小血流速度 (Vmin) ,阻力指数 (RI) ,测量三次取平均值。结果 正常组两例肾主动脉血流参数比较差异无显著性 (P >0 5 5 )。恶性组患例肾主动脉Vmax、Vmin高于健例 ,良性组及正常组对照组 (P<0 11) ,而RI均高于恶性组 ,恶性组病灶区Vmax、Vmin明显高于良性组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 11)。结论 肾肿瘤及肾动脉血流动力学特征对良恶性肾肿瘤的鉴别诊断有重要价值
Objective To investigate the value of Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant renal tumors. Methods Doppler ultrasound was used to detect the blood supply of 20 cases of normal renal artery and 78 cases of renal artery and tumor. Measurement of renal artery peak systolic velocity (Vmax), end-diastolic blood flow velocity (Vmin), resistance index (RI), measured three times the average. Results There was no significant difference in renal blood flow parameters between the two groups (P> 0.05). The Vmax and Vmin of renal aorta were higher in malignant group than those in healthy group, benign group and normal control group (P <0.01), while RI in malignant group was higher than in malignant group. The Vmax and Vmin in malignant group were significantly higher than those in benign group, The difference was significant (P <0 11). Conclusions The hemodynamic characteristics of renal tumors and renal arteries have important value in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant renal tumors
