On July 17, the U.S. International Trade Commission voted on the review of No. 731-TA-744 and decided to impose anti-dumping duties on the brake discs imported from China. The vote on the 17th is based on the five-year (sunset) review process under the Uruguay Round Negotiations Agreement of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade.
