粉末冶金材料和制品的应用越来越广泛,但因与钢件比较,其机械性能较低,有的尚需要进行表面强化处理,以满足技术要求。用提高粉末冶金制品的密度,加入合金元素等方法,可以达到一定的强化效果,但工艺较复杂,成本也相应提高,不易推广。烧结铁基制品采用热处理强化的方法,则工艺简单,成本低廉,效果显著。本试验试图找出缝纫机铁基耐磨零件气体渗碳热处理的合理工艺。
The application of powder metallurgy materials and products is more and more widely, but because of its mechanical properties lower than that of steel, some still need to be surface strengthened to meet the technical requirements. With increasing the density of powder metallurgy products, adding alloying elements and other methods, can achieve a certain degree of strengthening effect, but the process is more complex, the cost is also increased accordingly, not easy to promote. Sintered iron-based products using heat treatment to strengthen the method, the process is simple, low cost, the effect is significant. This experiment attempts to find a reasonable process for gas carburizing heat treatment of iron-based wear parts of sewing machines.
