低合金渗碳钢是拖拉机底盘齿轮的典型材料,其传统生产工艺是锻造→正火→机加工→渗碳淬火→回火。近年来,我厂在对20CrMnMo钢进行热加工过程中,发现了非正常组织,使零件的机械性能变坏。这不仅严重损耗和毁坏工具,而且严重影响零件质量和生产效率。下面简要叙述出现非正常组织的原因及消除的方法。把锻坯加热到940℃保温2小时和3小时空冷,然后测其硬度,结果列于表1。
Low alloy carburized steel is a typical material of tractor chassis gear. The traditional production process is forging → normalizing → machining → carburizing and quenching → tempering. In recent years, I plant in the hot processing of 20CrMnMo steel found abnormal tissue, so that parts of the mechanical properties of the deterioration. This not only seriously damage and destroy tools, but also seriously affect the quality of parts and production efficiency. The following briefly describes the reasons for the emergence of non-normal organizations and ways to eliminate. The forging billet heated to 940 ℃ for 2 hours and 3 hours air cooling, and then measure the hardness, the results are shown in Table 1.
