In order to prevent and control the rice stem borer, according to the occurrence of the rice stem borer and the experience of many years of comprehensive management, Fuzzy analysis method was used to establish a comprehensive decision model of forecasting the incidence of the rice stem borer overwintering and improve the precision of pest forecast.
