对我院从1978～1995年间139例室性早搏患儿进行10～15年随访。结果132例早搏消失(占94.9％),消失时间最短2年,最长15年;5例好转(占3.6％);2例为心肌病(占1.4％),其中1例因出现室颤而猝死。
139 cases of premature ventricular contractions in our hospital from 1978 to 1995 were followed up for 10 to 15 years. Results 132 cases of premature beats disappeared (94.9%), the shortest disappearance time of 2 years, the longest of 15 years; 5 cases improved (3.6%); 2 cases of cardiomyopathy (1.4%), of which 1 case due to ventricular fibrillation sudden death.
