采用益气活血法治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染，并用西药核酪口服液作为对照.验证中药方剂的疗效，从免疫学和血液流变学方面探讨益气活血方剂的作用原理。结果中药治疗组用药后的呼吸道感染发病次数明显减少、病程明显缩短。疗效优于对照组（P＜0.05）.但在免疫球蛋白、T细胞亚群、血小板聚集等方面无明显差异。
The treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children by Qi-invigorating and activating blood circulation method was used as the control, and the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine prescription was verified, and the principle of Yiqi Huoxue recipe was discussed from immunology and hemorheology. Results Chinese medicine treatment group significantly reduced the incidence of respiratory tract infections, duration of disease was significantly shortened. The efficacy was better than that of the control group (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in immunoglobulin, T cell subsets and platelet aggregation.
