中熟大麦盐辐矮早三是盐城地区农科所用早熟3号以~(60)钴辐射处理后选育而成.经江苏省农作物品种审定委员会审定为推广新品种.该品种属春性,二棱穗型.植株矮壮,耐肥抗倒,分蘖能力强.成穗多而稳层整齐,粒数比较稳定,粒重变幅较大.全生育期205天左右,从播种到成熟需要零度以上积温1600多度.小面积高产栽培试验,1981年达1161.8斤,百亩连片高产栽培,亩产900斤左右.
