慢性心力衰竭(CHF)是因氧供求失衡导致心功能严重失常的一种常见疾病。心肌细胞线粒体膜通透性转换孔(MPTP)的开放在CHF形成中起关键作用。丹参素来自丹参,具有抗氧化作用,但其对CHF大鼠心肌细胞MPTP的影响鲜有报道,对延缓心室重构形成,对抗纤维化作用机制亦不清楚。文献和以往研究工作表明:丹参素很可能是通过抑制MPTP开放,降低TGF-β1表达,延缓心室重构进程,发挥心肌保护作用,文章针对这一关键问题进行综述。寻找有效中药单体,通过调节MPTP进而改善能量代谢途径治疗CHF,这可能是中医药领域未来的研究热点。
Chronic heart failure (CHF) is a common disorder of severe cardiac dysfunction due to the imbalance between supply and demand of oxygen. The opening of myocyte mitochondrial membrane permeability transition pore (MPTP) plays a key role in CHF formation. Salvia miltiorrhiza from Salvia miltiorrhiza, with anti-oxidant effects, but its impact on MPTP in CHF rat cardiac cells rarely reported on the delayed ventricular remodeling, the mechanism of action against fibrosis is also not clear. Literature and previous studies have shown that: Danshensu may be through the inhibition of MPTP opening, reduce TGF-β1 expression, postpone the process of ventricular remodeling, play a cardioprotection, this article reviews the key issues. Looking for effective traditional Chinese medicine monomer, through the regulation of MPTP and thus improve the energy metabolism pathways for the treatment of CHF, which may be the future of Chinese medicine research hot spots.
