通过室温下低应变速率大变形冷轧Cu88Fe12合金,研究了其显微组织和性能的变化。研究结果表明,经过冷轧变形后Cu88Fe12合金富Fe相的显微组织呈现出明显的纤维状,显微硬度刚开始变形时上升很快,随着变形的增加,增加的幅度逐步降低;电导率随着轧制变形的增加而降低,当达到一定量的大变形后,电导率又有所上升。
The Cu88Fe12 alloy was cold-rolled at low strain rate at room temperature, and its microstructure and properties were studied. The results show that the microstructure of Fe-rich phase of Cu88Fe12 alloy shows obvious fibrous shape after cold-rolling deformation, and the microhardness increases rapidly when it begins to deform. With the increase of deformation, the increasing range gradually decreases. The conductivity With the rolling deformation decreases, when a certain amount of large deformation, the conductivity has increased.
