随着社会飞速发展和社会需要,国家对于高职院校愈来愈重视,因此培养综合素质的技术型和实践型人才是当前高职学校的重要任务。这就需要高职院校的学生管理工作与时俱进,但随着高职院校规模和人数的迅猛增长,在学生管理工作存在一些问题。如何提高学生的素质适应社会需要是当前学生管理者必须重视的一个课题。所以本文就高职院校学生的管理工作谈几点自己的看法。
