本文对高碳钢大方坯中心偏析的成因作了分析,探讨了电磁搅拌等对减少中心偏析的作用,并针对西宁特钢公司铸机的具体情况提出了预防措施。
In this paper, the causes of center segregation of high-carbon steel bloom were analyzed, and the role of electromagnetic stirring in reducing center segregation was discussed. Preventive measures were proposed according to the specific conditions of Xining Special Steel Company.
