目的 观察一次性根管治疗慢性瘘管型根尖周炎的疗效。方法 用碘酚通过瘘管 ,碘仿糊剂充填根管 ,一次完成慢性瘘管型根尖周炎的根管治疗。结果 一次法治疗总成功率 94 .6 %。结论 用碘酚通过瘘管治疗慢性瘘管型根尖周炎 ,减少了病人的痛苦 ,缩短了疗程 ,提高了疗效
Objective To observe the curative effect of disposable root canal therapy on chronic fistular type periapical periodontitis. Methods Iodine was used to fill the root canal through the fistula and iodoform paste, and to complete the root canal therapy of chronic fistula type periapical periodontitis. The results of a method of treatment assembly rate of 94.6%. Conclusion The use of iodophenol through the fistula in the treatment of chronic fistular periapical periodontitis reduces the patient's pain, shortens the course of treatment and improves the curative effect
