本文介绍了小型化高稳定度TCXO(温度补偿晶振)的设计与研制,提出了分立式小型化TCXO的优化设计,讨论了TCXO对其振荡电路及温度补偿网络的技术要求,给出了提高性能指标所采取的技术措施。所研制出的TCXO的工作温度范围-40℃~+70℃,频率—温度稳定度优于±5×10-7,外型尺寸仅为25×20×12mm。文中给出了具体的测试结果。
This paper introduces the design and development of miniaturized high stability TCXO (temperature compensated crystal oscillator), puts forward the optimal design of discrete miniaturized TCXO, discusses the technical requirements of TCXO for its oscillating circuit and temperature compensation network, Performance indicators taken by the technical measures.
