我院自1990年3月开始,静脉滴注脑活素加静推胞二磷胆硷治疗脑梗塞45例,疗效显著,无副作用,现报告如下。一般资料 45例脑梗塞患者,全部病例均经颅脑CT扫描,符合1978年第二届全国神经精神科学术会议制定的诊断标准。男29例,女16例,发病年龄34～71岁,急性期29例,恢复期11例,后遗症期5例。病情重度21例,中度17例,轻度7例。发病部位,颅脑CT定位:左侧脑梗塞19例,右侧脑梗塞17例,双侧9例。既往患冠心病17例,患高血压病
