铁一招是旧楼改造工程。其中南楼客房有120个单间和5个套间,每间客房有一个卫生间。卫生间采用75系列轻钢龙骨隔断墙,外侧罩面板为12mm 厚纸而石膏板,内侧罩面板为9mm 厚水泥板。墙面为150mm×200mm 瓷砖。单间的卫生间为1680mm×1800mm,套间的卫生间为1680mm×2910mm。瓷砖经实测取平均值,底面150mm×200mm,表面149mm×199
