对硫离子选择电极响应性能作了进一步考察,在一系列实验基础上,拟定了硫电极直接测定高温合金、合金钢及其某些纯金属中微量硫的分析方法。对0.0026%含硫量样品,标准误差为0.00025%,对0.0005%样品,标差为0.000035%。实验表明,硫电极对硫离子在0.0016~32μg/ml间呈线性Nernst响应。本法灵敏度较高,响应时间短,准确度好,干扰亦少。加上联用硫化氢还原分离技术,方法适应范围也较大。
Based on a series of experiments, the analytical method for the direct determination of trace sulfur in superalloy, alloy steel and some pure metals by sulfur electrodes was drawn up. For 0.0026% sulfur-containing samples, the standard error is 0.00025%, for 0.0005% samples, the standard deviation is 0.000035%. Experiments show that the sulfur electrode has a linear Nernst response to sulfide ions between 0.0016 and 32 μg / ml.
