采用离子蚀刻、氧化焙烧、压露、剖面抛光和衍射等方法,制取了以Re-Mg和Re-Al-Ba为球化剂的两种球铁的石墨核心试样。用光镜、扫描电镜电子探针和x射线衍射仪,对其组织成份和结构进行了观察分析,证实石墨球的外来核心中存在着Mg、Ce、s、Si、Al、Ba、Ca等夹杂物。试验表明:球墨外来核心的形状,对石墨球的最终形态无决定性的影响,对球墨的圆整度也没有直接关系。还观察到在一些球墨的中心存在轮廓光滑的空腔,这为气泡形核机理提供了一定的依据。
The graphite core samples of two kinds of ductile iron with Re-Mg and Re-Al-Ba as the nodulizer were prepared by the methods of ion etching, calcination, pressure exposure, profile polishing and diffraction. The structure and microstructure of the graphite balls were observed and analyzed by light microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results showed that inclusions such as Mg, Ce, Si, Al, Ba and Ca Things. Experiments show that: the shape of the external core of the nodular graphite has no decisive influence on the final shape of the graphite nodules and has no direct relation with the roundness of the nodules. It is also observed that there is a smooth profiled cavity in the center of some of the nodules, which provides a basis for the bubble nucleation mechanism.
