文中对聚苯乙烯、聚乙烯醇、聚丁二烯、聚丙烯腈等八种高聚物的激光裂解过程进行了动力学考察。实验结果表明它们具有相似的动力学规律,每种聚合物的碎片浓度与时间数据标绘,均获得相类同的S型曲线。作者将曲线的中间及最后一段数据分别按一级和零级动力学处理,得出相应的速率常数值。激光辐照的初始阶段属于诱导激活过程,作者对此给予了应有的解释。S曲线上端转折点的位置,因高聚物类别不同而异,作者认为它有可能成为表征高分子结构特点的参量,从而进行了初步的探讨。
The kinetics of laser pyrolysis of eight polymers, such as polystyrene, polyvinyl alcohol, polybutadiene and polyacrylonitrile, was investigated. The experimental results show that they have a similar kinetic law. The concentration of each polymer and the plot of time data all obtained similar S-shaped curves. The author processes the data in the middle and the last segment of the curve according to first-order and zero-order kinetics, respectively, and obtains the corresponding rate constant value. The initial stage of laser irradiation belongs to the induction of activation process, the author gave due explanation. The position of the upper turning point of S-curve varies with the type of polymer, and the author thinks it may be a parameter to characterize the structure of polymer.
