旨在观察一次递增负荷至疲劳的运动后NK细胞活性的变化及其它与某些生物活性物质变化的关系。实验结果表明,运动后即刻NK细胞活性、IL2活性和β-内啡肽血浆水平显著下降,血浆皮质醇水平明显上升,24h后各指标基本恢复至运动前水平。运动对NK细胞功能的影响是复杂多因素的综合作用,有免疫细胞之间的自身调节,也有激素、神经分泌的调节。运动疲劳后NK活性出现抑制期。
The purpose of this study was to observe the changes of NK cell activity after an incremental exercise to fatigue and other changes related to certain bioactive substances. The experimental results showed that NK cell activity, IL2 activity and β-endorphin plasma levels decreased significantly immediately after exercise, and plasma cortisol levels increased significantly. After 24 hours, the indexes returned to pre-exercise levels. The impact of exercise on NK cell function is a complex multi-factorial combination of self-regulation of immune cells and regulation of hormones and neurons. After exercise fatigue NK activity appear inhibition period.
