由标准钩形压板改进的自转式Γ形压板,是我厂自行设计和制造的一种别具一格的夹紧装置。其结构如图所示。这种自转式Γ形压板,主要是靠强力弹簧,通过装在压紧螺栓上的弹簧座与夹爪构成弹性结合,这样,在夹紧或松开工作时,强力弹簧总是迫使夹爪追随压紧螺栓,或进入夹紧位置,夹紧工件或离开夹紧位置,松开工件。这种压板夹爪的压紧、转位或松开、转位是作为同一操作完成,比手动标准Γ形压板的操作简单。
