重庆铸造厂的 Z145A 造型机分配阀的修理一直是修理工作量最大的部位,由于分配阀装在机身内,一出故障必须全部拆出,修理时间长达2～3小时,对生产影响很大。有时造型工艺只需该机的一两个动作,这样用起来就不方便。针对上述情况,我们对分配阀进行了如图所示的改造,把起模、震实、压实、转臂等几个动作分别用单向阀进行控制。改造后,经过两年的使用,情况很好,从未出现停机2～
