如何管理好、引导好医疗机构的发展方向是卫生行政部门的核心任务之一。在辽宁省,分属不同部门的医院各自为战,影响着全省卫生事业的协调发展,因此,辽宁省卫生计生委提出了改革卫生管理模式的想法。
How to manage and guide the development of medical institutions is one of the core tasks of the health administrative department. In Liaoning Province, hospitals belonging to different departments fight each other and affect the coordinated development of health undertakings across the province. Therefore, Liaoning Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission put forward the idea of reforming the health management mode.
