近日,住房城乡建设部、国家安全监管总局发布关于进一步加强玻璃幕墙安全防护工作的通知。通知指出,要合理控制玻璃幕墙的类型、形状和面积,鼓励使用轻质节能的外墙装饰材料,从源头上减少玻璃幕墙安全隐患;新建住宅、党政机关办公楼、医院门诊急诊楼和病房楼、中小学校、托儿所、幼儿园、老年人建筑,不得在二层及以上采用玻璃幕墙。玻璃幕墙宜采用夹层玻璃、均质钢化玻璃或超白玻璃。新建玻璃幕墙应依据国家法律法规和标准规范,加强方案设计、施工图设计和施工方案的安全技术论证,并在竣工前进行专项验收。
